Bathcollege in Gouda

As a result of the cooperation between Bath college and MboRijnland about thirty students and their teachers of Bathcollege visited Gouda. In the morning the English childcare students joined three different workshops together with the Dutch childcare and teachingassistent students. The content of the workshops was “speaking English”, “baby care”, “cultural differences and stereotypes”. In the afternoon the Dutch and English students joined a scavenger hunt in Gouda. Students had to carry out different tasks in the city center. The Dutch students who organized this activity, build in different tasks that focused on interaction with Dutch residents and shopkeepers.

We, Bathcollege and MboRijnland, are very proud about our students because they had to get out of their comfortzone and more or less where obligated to communicate and learn about their professional and cultural views and opinions. Compliments to about 80 students and teachers who joined this program.
