Teachers have started designing the road map to create unique experiences for students by merging different study programmes
A bright sun and a Danish warm smile welcomed teachers and steering group members at the EMEU4CROSSOVERS kick-off work conference, which took place from 22nd to 25th of March in Aarhus Tech, Aarhus, Denmark.
More than 40 teachers and coordinators from Aarhus Tech and Jordbrugets Uddannelsescenter Århus (DK), Horizon College and MboRijnland (NL), Savo and Jyvaskylan koulutuskuntayhtymä (FI), Armeria Eskola and Uni Eibar-Ermua BHI (Basque Country, Spain), Kerschensteiner Schulzentrum München (D) got acquainted with each other and started brainstorming ideas and designing the roadmap for the 14 project results to be delivered by the end of 2024.
The aim of the new Erasmus+ funded project is to create unique experiences that combine different vocational fields and challenge students to work together on a real life project that merges different study programes. Two virtual activities, two study modules and students and teachers’ manuals will be ready for testing in two years time. Teacher training needs will also be considered. Until next work conference at Savo (Kuopio) in November 2022, members will work on sorting out the learning outcomes and prepare the materials drafts.
Tak for sidst (Danish phrase for thanking the great time you spent together), Aarhus Tech and our kind and lovely hosts, Yvette and Flemming!
